Deborah G:  Go to the Dollar tree and buy some 5X7 frames--then go to walmart and get some little wooden Christmas things and get a glue gun and glue sticks glue a couple of those wooden Christmas things on the top right corner and wallah--a Christmas frame! Go to a flea market or dollar store and get stemware (wine glasses--get some votive candles--find some small little Christmas things like a Santa or a snow man and put under the upside down stemware--then glue a votive candle to the bottom of the glass--and wallah--graduate them and you have a great centerpiece for your table! You can spray a little bit of fake snow on them too and tie a ribbon round them--red or green to add extra festive look! take a grapevine wreath--can get them cheap or at flea markets--and glue Christmas things--like flat ornaments and get bead garland and wrap around it and tie a big red bow at the top and wallah a door wreath! Go to a craft store and they will tell you how to make cheap ornaments--you can pick up pine pieces for nothing at places where they sell live trees--use that to make candle arrangements--and do not forget the mistletoe! lol Make fudge from the recipe on the back of Kraft Marshmallow cream at the grocery! Do not make fudge when it rains though! Just trust me on that one! Make banana bread in those small loaf pans--and pumpkin bread is good too! Put saran around them and tie a red bow and give as gifts! I like turkey at Christmas and some people like Ham-- Everybody likes mashed potatoes and dressing with turkey Good turkey dressing recipe: make a box of miracle maize (not sweet) cornbread or a box of country cornbread long as it is not sweet cornbread--take it out of oven when done-buy 2 boxes of stovetop stuffing cornbread style mix--make the cornbread before you put the turkey in--I make mine in a cast iron skillet but you use whatever you have! you need a big bunch of celery and cut it all up into about 1/2 inch each--like take a stalk and cut it lengthwise several times and then just cut it from there--then take about 3 large onions and dice them real small (you can do this the night before and put in cold water as long as you put it in a container that has a tight lid on it--boil the celery and onion on top of the stove for about 45 mins until tender-- break up your cornbread add all ingredients of the stove top--then add your drained onions and celery--then melt a stick of margarine and add--salt to taste--you can chop up the turkey liver in there too if you like--I put in two drained cans of mushrooms--then a few pinches of ground sage--be careful when adding sage--a little at a time--just adds a distinct flavor --some people don't put it in even--up to you--then pour the turkey drippings from your turkey as soon as it gets done a little at a time--until it looks like dressing and it is to die for! I have never shared this dressing recipe on line before--so if you use it--enjoy==an old Italian woman told me once that it was better than her Mothers and her Mother was a good cook! Put a large can of sweet potatoes in the oven on 350 with about 3/4 stick of butter and 2//3 cup of light brown sugar and about 2 tablespoons of flour--mix it well and just before taking it out add pecan halves to it--great dish-- Good luck!

suriaj7:  Really fun to make and tasty Christmas snack is to make normal cookies(homemade) and crunch up jolly-ranchers with a hammer (in a bag or something) then put holes in the cookies and put the jolly ranchers in them to look like ornaments, buttons, anything! fun to make and sooooooo good! For dinner you can make a sweat potato sueflay and put mini marshmellows on in in the shape on different things(white and/or colored marshmellows.
