How about a gift card for some place she enjoys, like Borders, or a Spa, or favorite place to read? I'd go with a gift card for a spa, plus a few CDs you think she'd like, and some nice smelling perfume or lotion from someplace like Bath and Body Works? How much you want to spend. theacrob:  Maybe the DVD of the first movie you two saw together? A Gift card for a massage/manicure/pedicure is good if she likes the spa scene. Careful with perfumes, jewelry and clothing as women are particular, though diamonds rarely lead you astray. Her birth stone would also be a good choice. A small scrapbook of things you've done together would be great: pictures, movie stubbs, postcards, etc. If she likes to wear makeup, a high end gift set from Nordstrom's would be good--bring a picture of her face and let the sales associate give you some pointers.

hononegah1988:  lots of choices...a throw blanket, stuff for her bath...they have perfume type things she can use in the tub, candles to , to go with it, diamond earrings,...something from the heart...a fuzzy kitten...lots of women likes books...cook her a meal...with candle light and all the trimings with a small gift..

jokesterxoxo:  She would treasure a gold necklace. If she's sporty or casual, get her a warm hoodie to go with the necklace. If she is the opposite, get her a soft sweater in her favorite color, or the color that looks best on her. I would suggest not getting her perfume.

tophatgirl:  perfume bad, unless you are confident that she will adore it. How about a nice weekend at a bed and breakfast? They aren't too expensive if you do your research. Or, there's always a trick I learned... Take her shopping for someone else (mom, sister, etc.) and see what makes her eyes light up. She'll love the fact that you paid attention, regardless of the price!

Mandi:  If she's into books you might want to try to find a first edition of her fav classic novel or maybe a signed copy. You can find these on Ebay. Or an ipod filled with some of her favorite songs. If she uses a laptop you might want to find her an engraved case for it. Or even something she can use in her profession when she graduates.
