CemeteryNight:  A book, almost everyone loves books. Something like The Da Vinci Code or even a cook book. I am not sure what nationality you are but I am Irish so I would also look for books about Ireland and they are usually in the bargin book area in book stores like Barnes and Noble and Borders. Loves the Ponies:  Make a gift basket (or box). Choose a them and fill the basket or box with items that go along with the theme. For example, Pamper Yourself: bath and body lotions and oils, massage book with massager and oils, sexy game, sexy boxers for him and a sexy nightie for her, etc. Movie Night: DVD, popcorn, candy, frozen pizza (or a pizza in a box you can make yourself) and Pepsi. Romantic Night: bottle of wine, cheese, crackers, fruit and chocolate, and a romantic movie...and a pair of handcuffs!
