Cameron D:  We usually play a game where everyone brings a wrapped present. Then everyones name goes in a hat. You draw the names one-by-one. When you get drawn you pick a present. Then you can either take someone elses present or gamble and pick a new present.

Foxy R:  I was gonna say the same game as Cameron... it's really fun! Only the way we play is as your name is pulled you actually get to unwrap your gift and decide if you want to trade for one that has already been opened. Of course the most common gifts brought are bottles of alcohol! I'm not sure of any Christmas drinking games, I guess the game played at baby showers can be adapted for christmas. Pick a very common Christmas word such as tree, santa or presents and explain to everyone that it is off limits. Whoever is heard saying the word must take a shot. Another version of that could be to tape a different word or character to each persons forhead so that everyone but them can read it. People try to give them clues as to who/what they are and as a person guesses correctly, they get to make someone of their choice take a shot.

pidley:  According to how large the party choose two three four teams choose volunteer from each group to be the live christmas tree. Choose a head decorator to run and get decorations out of a box to decorate the tree. everyone on the team helps with the decorating. You will have to have a judge or choose winner by applause. Get decorations from dollar store or left overs from your house family good bring some they have. Steamers ,bells .stocking caps etc.
