madddi:  Bad santa. It's a game where everyone buys a small gift, usually something funny. Everyone puts these gifts on a table and you draw names out of a hat. The person whos name gets drawn out will choose a present. The next person whos name gets called out can choose to take a present from the table, or take someone elses present if they like the look of it. If your presents gets taken you choose again. So on and so forth. :)
