jasminebed:  Send out a memo and ask everyone to include a fact about themselves that most people wouldn't know. Might be stuff like "I was a photographer for my highschool yearbook". "My great-grandfather invented the pine-air freshners that hang in cars", "I've ridden a camel", "My sister-in-law is a concert cellist", things like that. Print out sheets with all the facts, and a list of all the names. People have to guess which other person the statement applies to. You can't ask directly, but it encourages conversation, and give out some prizes to the top scorers.
