Daisymae:  Pictionary is always fun since most people can't draw a lick. All you need is an easel stand/paper and magic markers. Break up into groups. We had divisions and competed against each other.

christmasgames:  This site offers a few new games that might work for you. The dictionary idea is also a good one. We'd do it with a win lose or draw set up if you remember that tv show. For Christmas parties you can use Carols or other Christmas phrases, put them in a hat and let people pick one out to try.
